The restaurant Table 3, led by Chef Fayçal Bettioui, the first Moroccan Michelin-starred chef, stands as a leading gastronomic destination, named Best Restaurant in the country. Conceived as a sensory immersion, the project explores the symbiosis between architecture and nature. Sculptural wooden volumes, textured black concrete walls, and subtle reflections compose an organic, enveloping atmosphere where materiality, light, and rhythm interact with precision in a distinctly contemporary expression.
